Do I need a buyer login to submit a deal?
No. Submit through our deal submission form. The buyer login is only for approved buyers viewing inventory.
Is submission exclusive?
No. Submitting a deal does not create an exclusive relationship. If we sign a separate agreement on a specific deal, that agreement governs the arrangement.
Can I keep working my own buyers?
Yes, subject to the terms we agree on for that deal.
How are you compensated?
Through a JV or an agreed fee on top of your asking price, decided deal by deal. There is no upfront submission or marketing fee.
Who handles buyer communication?
We agree on that with you before any marketing starts.
What deals can I submit?
Follow the requirements listed on our Agent & Wholesaler Deal Submission Form.
Does submitting guarantee my deal gets published?
No. Every opportunity is reviewed first, and not every submission is accepted or published.
